Great service will solve your issue and be very thorough

I had a problem with the AC of my truck while in Spring Hill. I live in Ocala and it was truly the best thing that could have happened to me to find a mechanic shop where from the first moment I felt in very good hands and they are all very kind and friendly. Definitely the best place in all of Florida to repair your car if you ever have a problem with it! 1000% recommended Now I am not afraid that my truck will have any other mechanical problem because I have somewhere to go without any fear and I know that they do the best without a doubt!

I was very impressed with A & G Auto Service. Steve the owner and his staff. are very professional, polite and detailed. We brought our company Jeep in for service, we listed items that needed to be looked at. With in a couples hours we had a complete detailed list of items that need to be fixed and photos showing the issue with each item. Wow who does that level of detail. Thery gave us an awesome price to fix our vehicle Service and repairs was performed to dealer quality. They have earned our company business and our personal vehicle business going forward. My truck needed the exhaust welded and they not only welded it, they also tightened a few other bolts that had came loose! Awesome service and the people are even better. Super friendly and caring abou their customers!

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that I brought in this week. I was having an issue with getting my brake controller working for a camper I just bought. I talked with the owner Steave about what was going on and how the rv dealer said there was a short In my truck. He took two days and had his best guy on it. I had A lot of problems dealing with this not knowing if it was my truck , the camper , or the controller. . Steave and his people where there every step of the way. I ran into an issue at the rv dealer and Steave offered to drive 45 min to the rv dealer to help me get things figured out. Steave was there to help me understand things and even spent 30 plus minutes on the phone with his tech beside him while I tried to figure things out while stuck at the rv place. All I can say is this place is very professional, friendly, and top-notch how they handle their services. The fact that the owner was there and took time out of his day to try and walk me through a difficult situation really tells a lot about him and about how much he cares about his business and his customers

After bringing my 2016 Mustang to 3 different auto shops and to Ford for an alignment issue, A & G has found and corrected the problem! Matt said he would fix it and Steve said it wouldn't leave until it was right and now it is! Thank you, now it feels brand new again!!

Went in to have my headlight fixed. It was really simple and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. They werent even going to hit me a service fee. Decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated too. Was done before 1pm. Staff is really friendly and was a good experience! The owner Steven is a really nice guy, very friendly and make me feel welcome at the business! Will be back again for sure!

Our truck needed new dual rear wheel brakes and a few other repairs. We decided on A & G based on their reviews. We were greeted with a welcoming staff. My husband had lots of concerns and questions, so they took him out into the garage and went over everything he thought was needed. We left with an estimate and hoped for the best. We were surprised when they called to say the truck was ready, didn't need all of the repairs that was anticipated and would be much less than the estimate. I have never heard of that happening, ever, any other place would have done the work any way, whether it needed it or not, and charged the full amount of the estimate. We have been driving daily and towing for over two weeks and the truck is good as new. My husband likes to do his own work, but has now decided that we will be taking our other vehicles for repairs and maintence to A & G also. They do great work, are trustworthy and very reasonable priced. We are so glad we found these guys, they really are awesome!! You won't be dissapointed.

I highly recommend A&G! The owner, Steven, is soooo nice and he’s always there engaging with customers with a big smile. The staff is very friendly. They answer all your questions and make you feel at ease. One of the staff even came in on his day off to make sure my husband had his work van for the following Monday. I will never go anywhere else.

My truck was in bad shape extremely rusty.I met the owner Steve who was upfront and genuine.. He suggested a used motor which I agreed to. His staff kept me informed throughout the process which wasn’t very long.. several weeks after the motor was installed there was an issue with the dip stick.. Steve scheduled me an appointment immediately and thereafter the issues was resolved.. He and his staff are professional and knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend A & G for your automotive needs because this is a 5 Star business..

The employees are super friendly and caring. They were able to fix my car on Labor Day weekend with no problems. The owner Steven came over and introduced himself and made us feel welcomed. He even gave me a student discount after I told him I graduated college. Will definitely be coming back for all my auto repair needs!

Awesome place to get an honest answer on your car. The guys kept me updated on what was going on with my car and was very honest on what was happening. definitely recommend them if you want to know thoroughly what your car’s problem is instead of getting the run around somewhere else i’d go to them. They even do financing if needed which helps nowadays especially when it’s a big problem. 10 out of 10 for me. Definitely letting family and friends know this is the place to go.

This place is top notch. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went in to get my bumper repaired and an oil change. They gave me a substantial discount on the synthetic oil change and reattached my bumper at no additional cost. Idk if I'm supposed to share that info... either way that maintenance cost, or lack there of is why I will bring my business there as well as recommended them for life.

My wife's car had a shaking issue at high speed and she was scared the car would have a serious problem while traveling an hour+ from home. I found A&G on the maps app and called them. Ben said they could check it out. As I was out of state, I sent my wife the address for the business location and she was able to find them. They road tested the car, determined some issues needing attention in the near future, and also determined that tire replacement was needed for the front tires. Ben said rotating tires from front to back would help for now until I returned home to Florida and could fix the issues with my own mechanic. Then they road tested the vehicle again, (after rotating the tires), and sent my wife and kids on their way home with my wife feeling safe that things were OK with the car tires.
What they did gave my wife a sense of security which was most important and then sent her on the way with no charge for their efforts. I can't thank them enough for their kindness to my family in a time of need.

So while I was in my way to work late last night coming out of McDonald’s I must’ve run over something as it shredded my tire. Luckily I was about 500 feet away from AG auto. I pulled in locked the doors called Uber and went to work.

At 6 am I called and told them what happened to let them know why a strange car was parked in their lot. They were very understanding and said they’d look at tire. Well, tire was shot so I expressed to them that I’d be over after work.

Had my girlfriend bring my spare and asked if they could put it in. Ben, the GM,said np. Took his guy about 10 minutes. While waiting inside I was offered coffee and a snack. They had Bustello coffee!!! My favorite. After work was finished I asked how much and Ben said no charge. Really? While everyone else is seeking to squeeze whatever they can from customers this business restored my faith that human compassion still exists. They will now be my place to go whenever work is needed. Thanks to Ben and the guys for helping me out.

Gage his team went above and beyond and were able to find out exactly what was draining our car battery . My husband and I would most definitely recommend him for anyone that's looking for fair pricing and motivated hard working mechanics !!!!!!!!

Edit: I don't know how to make a new review. This edit is three years later! And still! Outstanding customer service. The gentleman Gage has been outstanding and has helped on countless occasions! Three years later and still the best auto shop around. Will always be my go to. Previous post: A&G auto is definitely who you want fixing your vehicle. Great service & repairs. My SUV sat for almost a year after orginally bought it. Every time I fixed something it just seemed to have another issue. They were able to locate & fixed all the issues in less then a week. I highly recommend using A&G. I know I'll never choose anyone else! Steven did an outstanding job!

The team at A&G got me in, in a timely manner. Provided a detailed summary of the diagnostics.
I was working out of town at the time , we had a death in the family and A&G worked late to get my truck fixed and got me back on the road. Gage was great to work with. Very informative and up front with the cost for the repairs, thank you to the team at A&G.

Ben helped us quickly when we came in with part of the bumper under the car was dragging on my teenage daughters car. He took care of it and we were in and out in no time!! Highly Recommend and will definitely be back if we have other car issues!! Thank you Ben!!

I recently had some work done on an Older Pickup that needs a lot of TLC. This team was understanding of my current budget and worked with me to develop a plan for other items going forward. As a woman in an auto shop, it can be quite intimidating as well as pricey from places up charging due to lack of knowledge. I never felt that here, they walked me right into the shop to see the areas of concern and to explain the repairs needed visually. This level of transparency is more than I expected and I actually learned something out of it! On top of this great experience, they also gave me ride home, very thankful I didn’t have to wait at the shop all day during service. This experience was the luxury of mechanic services!

Special shout out to Gabe! He was kind and professional all the way through. There were two other very nice gentleman, unfortunately their names slipped my mind. One worked with me on pricing and helped me with payment at the end of the night - he too was kind and understanding, and very professional. The other gentleman picked me up at the end of the day, very professional and he made it a comfortable drive back to the shop!

Gage took the call 30 minutes before closing on Thursday the 16th of Jan. 2025 and said everything right, he even recommended I not drive the car in. I was determined to learn the issue (right then) so did, drove it in. Met Ben who promptly took a reader out to the vehicle and diagnosed it was the transmission. QUOTED-ORDERED PARTS and did the replacement...brought to my attention that I had an engine mounts needed. (I JUST HAD THAT DONE, I REPLIED) LEARNING THAT THE COMPANY WHOM DID IT THE FIRST TIME DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THERE WORK AND ONLY REPLACED 1 MOUNT AND LEFT THE OTHER SHOT. BEN QUOTED AND ORDERED MORE PARTS AND IN A RECORD TIME FINISHED AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO ME FEELING LIKE I JUST PURCHASED A NEW RIDE.

THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH.
I WAS ALWAYS TOLD GOOD, FAST, OR CHEAP. PICK ANY 2. BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET ALL 3. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK. GOOD AND FAST....I WAS SURPRISED, AND THE SHOCKER WAS THE PRICE WAS NOT CHEAP.

IT WAS REASONABLE.

Gage and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, prompt and respectful. They helped me identify multiple issues on my Honda Accord and handle them before they got worse. They helped me with financing and I would recommend them if you have any automotive issues 100%.

They were very honest and transparent. Incredibly hard working, as they continued to work on my car after-hours due to the fact that they said it would be finished before the end of the day. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating.
