Great service will solve your issue and be very thorough

It is the best mechanic shop in my 32 years of owning vehicles and having repairs done. Since the AC on my Escalade was not working correctly because it blew hot air, I decided to do a Google review and take it to a place that does AC repair. The shop I took it to off Highway 50 on Cortez Blvd. fixed the faulty part, and I was on my way. Last week, my AC stopped blowing cold air, and my car broke down later that evening. I had my vehicle towed 108 miles from where I was to A&G well after one am.
A&G technicians / subject matter experts took the time to diagnose the whole AC system and advise me on what needed to be changed. If the shop I took it to had done that, the probability of me breaking down last week would have been a lot less.
What truly impresses me about A&G is the unwavering professionalism of their technicians and service advisor(s) (Gage). This was the fourth time I had used their services in about a year, and I have never had to return for rework on what they fixed. Their commitment to excellence is truly commendable, and they are genuinely Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
I highly recommend this establishment! They are fair, tell you what needs to be repaired or replaced, and do not try to nickel and dime you on their quotes. It's your decision to take their recommendation as well as my review, but they give you the facts.

I had a problem with the AC of my truck while in Spring Hill. I live in Ocala and it was truly the best thing that could have happened to me to find a mechanic shop where from the first moment I felt in very good hands and they are all very kind and friendly. Definitely the best place in all of Florida to repair your car if you ever have a problem with it! 1000% recommended Now I am not afraid that my truck will have any other mechanical problem because I have somewhere to go without any fear and I know that they do the best without a doubt!

I was very impressed with A & G Auto Service. Steve the owner and his staff. are very professional, polite and detailed. We brought our company Jeep in for service, we listed items that needed to be looked at. With in a couples hours we had a complete detailed list of items that need to be fixed and photos showing the issue with each item. Wow who does that level of detail. Thery gave us an awesome price to fix our vehicle Service and repairs was performed to dealer quality. They have earned our company business and our personal vehicle business going forward. My truck needed the exhaust welded and they not only welded it, they also tightened a few other bolts that had came loose! Awesome service and the people are even better. Super friendly and caring abou their customers!

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that I brought in this week. I was having an issue with getting my brake controller working for a camper I just bought. I talked with the owner Steave about what was going on and how the rv dealer said there was a short In my truck. He took two days and had his best guy on it. I had A lot of problems dealing with this not knowing if it was my truck , the camper , or the controller. . Steave and his people where there every step of the way. I ran into an issue at the rv dealer and Steave offered to drive 45 min to the rv dealer to help me get things figured out. Steave was there to help me understand things and even spent 30 plus minutes on the phone with his tech beside him while I tried to figure things out while stuck at the rv place. All I can say is this place is very professional, friendly, and top-notch how they handle their services. The fact that the owner was there and took time out of his day to try and walk me through a difficult situation really tells a lot about him and about how much he cares about his business and his customers

After bringing my 2016 Mustang to 3 different auto shops and to Ford for an alignment issue, A & G has found and corrected the problem! Matt said he would fix it and Steve said it wouldn't leave until it was right and now it is! Thank you, now it feels brand new again!!

Went in to have my headlight fixed. It was really simple and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. They werent even going to hit me a service fee. Decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated too. Was done before 1pm. Staff is really friendly and was a good experience! The owner Steven is a really nice guy, very friendly and make me feel welcome at the business! Will be back again for sure!

Our truck needed new dual rear wheel brakes and a few other repairs. We decided on A & G based on their reviews. We were greeted with a welcoming staff. My husband had lots of concerns and questions, so they took him out into the garage and went over everything he thought was needed. We left with an estimate and hoped for the best. We were surprised when they called to say the truck was ready, didn't need all of the repairs that was anticipated and would be much less than the estimate. I have never heard of that happening, ever, any other place would have done the work any way, whether it needed it or not, and charged the full amount of the estimate. We have been driving daily and towing for over two weeks and the truck is good as new. My husband likes to do his own work, but has now decided that we will be taking our other vehicles for repairs and maintence to A & G also. They do great work, are trustworthy and very reasonable priced. We are so glad we found these guys, they really are awesome!! You won't be dissapointed.

I highly recommend A&G! The owner, Steven, is soooo nice and he’s always there engaging with customers with a big smile. The staff is very friendly. They answer all your questions and make you feel at ease. One of the staff even came in on his day off to make sure my husband had his work van for the following Monday. I will never go anywhere else.

My truck was in bad shape extremely rusty.I met the owner Steve who was upfront and genuine.. He suggested a used motor which I agreed to. His staff kept me informed throughout the process which wasn’t very long.. several weeks after the motor was installed there was an issue with the dip stick.. Steve scheduled me an appointment immediately and thereafter the issues was resolved.. He and his staff are professional and knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend A & G for your automotive needs because this is a 5 Star business..

100% recommend these guys. We were driving Friday from North AL when we had, what we thought, was an ABS system issue. Knowing we had to drive back Sunday, we called A&G and they got us in on Sat to diagnose the problem. Very honest, friendly, knowledgeable team!! They called as promised and were honest with the problem they found, the expected time to repair, and what it was. While they couldn't get it done before we had to leave to return to AL, I would absolutely go back to them if we need service next time we're in FL!!

Probably the best experience I’ve had with a repair shop, incredible pricing and amazing professionalism they are an hour away from me but I’ll never take my car anywhere else!

I highly recommend! Gage didn't have what I wanted but he knew what I needed, or is that the other way around? I came back with the parts and he gave me the hookup. Very impressed when I read the LGBTQ friendly on the website. My only suggestion would be that he should have a photo of himself standing at the desk on the website because he's definitely not hard to look at. Very pet friendly aswell.

Was getting ready to takeoff for my Labor Day weekend, only to find out that I had no AC right at the beginning of my trip. Gage and his team made sure that I had AC within an hour and 20 minutes. I have only been to local mechanics a handful of times and usually just use my dealer. This has been one of the most professional and timely trips I have made to a mechanic. Let me just say A&G Auto saved my life!!! I was on my way to move into college 4 hours away when my car started overheating. I walked into A&G bawling and was able to leave with the biggest smile thanks to Gage! Gage made sure my car could be fixed within the day so I could make it to school on time! I had gone here months ago and they were super friendly, had great customer service skills, and were very helpful. They fixed the problems on my car at a reasonable price and even offered me a military discount. They even provide the specific details for diagnostic and payment sent directly to your phone. Will definitely go here next time for any future car troubles.

If you want good honest mechanics and a good quality job ....go to A&G Auto Service and Repair. My father took his blazer in for a simple tension pulley to be fixed and unfortunately his blazer acted up horribly. They put it on the diagnostic reader and many things were wrong with it. But fortunately it was fixed in a timely professional manner and if I could give more stars I would. Gage ....the young man who helped us is a very knowledgeable young man. I was impressed with his professional manner. All smiles and down to earth. Definitely take your vehicle here for all your needs.

The best auto shop in the west coast of Florida, highly recommended. Extremely knowledgeable about all car brands. The transparency is the top priority while they work in your car. I have been a customer with A&G since 2017 and, I’ve never had any issues with them. The owner always answers all your questions via phone call or in person, this is very important when you are dealing with any car issues. Recently I had an issue with my Subaru Sti and since the car being a sport car I decided to go to another auto shop. That was the worst decision I ever made in my life. That shop in Port Richey that I’m not going to mention the name here, did a bad job in my car and I ended returning to A&G to fix the issue. The owner (Steve) and his staff were extremely helpful and they took care of the mess done by the other shop. They made the proper repairs to my car transmission and gave me a top warranty. Lesson learn for me, if you want something done properly, you have to go to the correct place from the beginning. I’m going to leave a 10 stars review, even when google only allows me to give 5 stars.

I had a bunch of work including air-conditioning replacement of my entire AC system in my truck. Steve and Gage explained the entire process thoroughly. They both did their absolute best to give me the best deal possible and my truck has never had AC work as well as it does right now. even when it was brand new it seems like it’s better than when it was new. The shop does quality work and are very honest and reputable. I thank God for business people like this company. A+ service and customer service
