They were top notch. I called with a pounding sound when driving, and explained I was on my way to travel to a family gathering. They took me right in, loaded car up, said a plastic piece had been broken in tire area, fixed it for free (no charge), and got me on my way. They were so honest, hard working, and made an experience that could have been much worse…so much better. Thank you guys, your honesty and care were appreciated.

my radiator blew on the interstate and I had it towed into this company cuz it was the closest I drive a very rare Mercedes-Benz AMG Black Series. I was very detailed oriented about how I wanted the service done to my car. let me tell you and I understand that a company's only as good as its leader Ben as the store manager is somewhat of a superhero when it comes to being a store manager. he babyed my request made me feel comfortable as if I was dropping the car off at Mercedes-Benz custom shop with that type of service worked with me on the price and respected every concern I had in my opinion Ben is a super manager and missed his calling. he should be the governor of his County. if you have any concerns ask for Ben the store manager. nothing but good reviews for me

I was very impressed with A & G Auto Service. Steve the owner and his staff. are very professional, polite and detailed. We brought our company Jeep in for service, we listed items that needed to be looked at. With in a couples hours we had a complete detailed list of items that need to be fixed and photos showing the issue with each item. Wow who does that level of detail. Thery gave us an awesome price to fix our vehicle Service and repairs was performed to dealer quality. They have earned our company business and our personal vehicle business going forward. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and high-quality Repair auto service company.

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that I brought in this week. I was having an issue with getting my brake controller working for a camper I just bought. I talked with the owner Steave about what was going on and how the rv dealer said there was a short In my truck. He took two days and had his best guy on it. I had A lot of problems dealing with this not knowing if it was my truck , the camper , or the controller. . Steave and his people where there every step of the way. I ran into an issue at the rv dealer and Steave offered to drive 45 min to the rv dealer to help me get things figured out. Steave was there to help me understand things and even spent 30 plus minutes on the phone with his tech beside him while I tried to figure things out while stuck at the rv place. All I can say is this place is very professional, friendly, and top-notch how they handle their services. The fact that the owner was there and took time out of his day to try and walk me through a difficult situation really tells a lot about him and about how much he cares about his business and his customers

Went in to have my headlight fixed. It was really simple and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. They werent even going to hit me a service fee. Decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated too. Was done before 1pm. Staff is really friendly and was a good experience! The owner Steven is a really nice guy, very friendly and make me feel welcome at the business! Will be back again for sure!

Our truck needed new dual rear wheel brakes and a few other repairs. We decided on A & G based on their reviews. We were greeted with a welcoming staff. My husband had lots of concerns and questions, so they took him out into the garage and went over everything he thought was needed. We left with an estimate and hoped for the best. We were surprised when they called to say the truck was ready, didn't need all of the repairs that was anticipated and would be much less than the estimate. I have never heard of that happening, ever, any other place would have done the work any way, whether it needed it or not, and charged the full amount of the estimate. We have been driving daily and towing for over two weeks and the truck is good as new. My husband likes to do his own work, but has now decided that we will be taking our other vehicles for repairs and maintence to A & G also. They do great work, are trustworthy and very reasonable priced. We are so glad we found these guys, they really are awesome!! You won't be dissapointed.

This auto shop gets 5 stars for being upfront and consistent with the customers. They work with you to get exactly what you want done. If that means going to the garage to show you the work that needs to be done they will. Jonathan is very friendly and welcoming, and Nick takes his time to explain things and keep you informed on everything going on. Nick also takes to much crap from rude customers that think they know what they are talking about. Cannot compliment this group enough.

My wife and I are thrilled to have found A&G Auto Repair. We met the owner and shared what we needed to get completed on our vehicles and he listened carefully to our needs and directed his staff to complete the service we needed. We can say with certainty, if you can find a more just and forthright owner than Steven Gonzalez, call us and we will eat our hats. Mr. Gonzalez is a man of integrity and honor; he ensures his staff and mechanics at A&G are highly trained and they readily demonstrate diligence and care in their service of your vehicle. It is an understatement to say that Mr. Gonzalez cares first and foremost for the customer's satisfaction. His core value: "Service-before-self" is the hallmark of his standard of care and servicing of your vehicle. Indeed, I would say that Spring Hill (and Hernando County) would be hard-pressed to find another shop or owner that ensures the customer's satisfaction. I cannot Express the level of Trust & Competence I have experienced at A&G Auto in my interaction with the Mechanic ( Jay) He is a professional at his job and take time to explain the cause of the issue Im experiencing with my vehicle. It shows his stellar understanding of what is missing in the repair industry. This my second visit to this shop because I got my front and rear brake pads and rotors done a few months ago but, in the last couple days they started getting noisy. The guy upfront told me to come right in, they checked out the car and showed me that, the rotors in the front was very hot so the got me a new front set of rotors and pads. He later came in and handed me the keys and said all done no cost, I was taken back but, he said they were still under warranty so the place they got the parts from is fitting the cost. Awesome that, they stood by warranty ( actually I didn’t even think about that). I’m definitely coming back and continue to recommend them. Mr. Holding Jr. Took a chance and brought my ride in for service with these guys. First, I like that the shop was clean and they were very knowledgeable about my car. The technician talked with me about how he was going perform the services my ride needed and showed me all the pictures of what he did, I really appreciate that and the friendly lobby guys Nick and Ron the quiet guy. I am definitely will return for future service and I highly recommend them to others.

The only place I go for all my car needs. Nick is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help the customers. All of the staff is very courteous and always makes you feel welcomed and help make what can be a stressful situation as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

Was having issues with my car, I took it to another repair shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I took it to A&G and the guy who helped me was so kind. He was able to run a full diagnosis and figure out exactly what was wrong with my car! Great people and great service! Highly recommend!

I wish I could leave these guys 100 stars for the experience I had getting my vehicle serviced!!! From the moment I walked into their lobby which is clean and stocked with snacks I was greeted with respect and enthusiasm to resolve any issues I was having with my vehicle . They got a technician on my car within 5 minutes of my arrival and introduced me to him personally. I was also shown the entire diagnostic process and findings to what would remediate my check engine light in person. I was given multiple options for pricing depending on my preference to aftermarket or factory replacement components. These guys even have two separate financing options which is a huge plus in today’s economy!!!! I would recommend A&G auto repair and service 10 out of 10 times!! Great job guys 💪💪

Exceptional work done. They had to do a lot on my car. My car crapped out last minute before I drive back home. I had no idea what was wrong and the car was not jumping. Had it towed to these guys and they were able to figure out the fuel pump issue and plus several other things that need to get taken care of. They took care of it quick and clean. John at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Great company would highly recommend

This is a great place , that is very trust worthy and would recommend this place to anyone that needs a auto repair. Even open on sat Nick at the front desk is friendly and great to talk to. Up date i just had a warranty issue and they covered warranty 100%.................. ,,,,,,!!!!!!

This was my first time coming here. I read their positive reviews online and decided to check them out. Let me just say, that are so nice, kind, and hospitable. I came in because I had a bent splash guard that was dragging on the ground while I was driving. I came in and explained my situation and they resolved the problem as quickly as possible. The waiting area is very nice too. They were so hospitable and kept offering me snacks and drinks which was very nice. I probably waited for about an hour because they were so busy but still made it their missions to get to my car as soon as they could and they did! Thank you guys so much!!! I’ll definitely be returning for future car service needs😁😁

Awesome amazing service and people. Ron at the front desk, was very helpful and respectful, Nick the General Manager, was the man with the plan!! Amazing Customer Service & Hospitality. I have a Maserati and it can sensitive in this type of climate and heat. Expensive in general. He made my bad day amazing! I had a Coolant Reservoir leak and he did a $200 diagnosis for free. That was such a blessing and also gave me a price you can’t beat on labor for my Coolant Reservoir and oil change. Highly Recommend, BEST SHOP IN TOWN BY FAR!!!!! Highly recommend!

AC on my vehicle just started making noises one day. I took a chance and brought it in for an evaluation with these guys. He performed the initial check and test then informed me of what is needed and estimate of cost. What impressed me was when the technician talked with me about how he can perform the costly AC service I needed but recommended I check with dealer where I purchased the vehicle for any warranties first. I really appreciated the friendly, trustworthy attitude. Also want to add, as I waited in the lobby, I overheard quite a few pleasant conversations with other customers. I will definitely return for future service, and I highly recommend them to others.

Great ship and nice guys. i got a screw in my tire and pulled right in. They were able to plug my tire right away and didn’t even charge me. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

Went in for a wheel alignment for my BMW. Went fine overall with a slight issue that was corrected immediately. It's quite the information gathering procedure for first timers - really make sure you're supposed to be on the road before they fix things. Lobby area and bathrooms very clean. Free coffee and snacks, books and magazines, free Wi-Fi, even a Bible or two in the mix. I respect the Christian display. I won't have an issue going back for an alignment when I need it. Or perhaps when something else pops up.

Took my 2019 Ford F150 in for a transmission service. Work was done promptly and sooner than expected. Truck drives much better now they use top quality fluids and materials. Would definitely use them again.

Had a significant coolant leak on my Audi and they took me that day were very sweet. Nick helped me figure everything out smoothly. He was very helpful. I was in and out in two days, including extra brake and rotor service that where well needed, definitely will be coming back.

Happy accident finding this place. They repaired my tire that had a nail in it without an appointment. They checked the pressure in all the tires without me asking. I felt a lot safer driving away. There's a nice waiting area with coffee and snacks. Kind and friendly service. I will bring my vehicles here for all services going forward.

Hot days in Florida, you need your ac! I scheduled a appointment with a big automotive repair shop, and within minutes I received a call telling me their ac machine was broken. I did a quick Google search and I saw A&G, looked at a few reviews and I made the call, and man I'm glad a did! Got me in within a hour, and I was out in less than 2. Great service and a friendly staff! Give them a call, you want be disappointed!

Great and honest. Had a whole ac replaced in my car a few months ago. Well it’s been getting warmer and warmer recently and I called to have them take a look. He said bring it in real quick. I had my wife go in and they diagnosed it fast. Was a leaky valve from the factory on one of the parts. So he set an appointment cause he has to get the part in and then he charged the ac again just so we don’t have to be in the hot. I was honestly dreading calling and bringing it back in. These days people are dishonest. I was expecting it to cost me another couple thousand for something that I just did. But they took care of it and have a customer for life. Highly recommend.
